How long are your contracts?

Our typical contract is 12 months with monthly payments. Annual payments upfront do not require a contract, and get 2 month free. For Enterprise customers with custom builds, contract terms may be negotiable depending on the scope of work.

Do you have a free option?

You can maintain a free account to create products and share presentations on the marketplace or with buyers. You can receive unlimited orders on the marketplace, but you have limited abilities to collect orders outside of the marketplace.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no set up fees for our Startup and Business plans. Enterprise Customers may have fees depending on the scope of work.

Is phone support available?

We are available to speak on the phone from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST/PDT, M-F. You can also email [email protected].

Do my buyers need to create an account or pay any frees?

No. Buyers can view your presentations and place orders without creating an account or paying anything. The experience is frictionless on their end.

How quickly can I get up and running?

Most brands are live within a day. There's no lengthy onboarding, no dev work required, and no waiting on an account manager to set things up. You can start with a free trial. If you need custom integrations, get in touch - we can have everything up and running in 1-3 weeks.
